Field Service Technician
All Field Service Technicians must be
able to work independently with little supervision. Field
Service Technicians must be able to manage service calls that
require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated
or rushing through a job. They must also possess superb customer
service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems
from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers. A
clean driving record is a must, and periodic DMV records checks
will be mandatory, as you will be responsible for operating a
company paid for vehicle. Experience is a plus, but not
mandatory. Qualified individuals will be responsible for
providing field maintenance services on a route basis. Position
also involves maintaining customer relations, heavy lifting up
to 60lbs. and performing other duties, as required. We’re
looking for experienced individuals capable of diagnosing and
servicing a wide range of commercial machinery. Experience with
Laundry Equipment is a plus. Must have a knowledge of electrical
circuits/diagrams and trouble shooting abilities, a high school
diploma (or equivalent).
Sales Representative
Scheduling appointments, meeting existing customers in order t o
review product requires, and to determine other opportunities.
Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting
customers physically on daily basis.
Designing professional presentations of company products or
services while on-site.
Liaising between the company and the customers for up-to-date
condition on pricing, service and latest product release
launches.
Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and
efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
Performing updating and maintenance of accounts of customer
including contact names and numbers for future sales.
Providing product quotes to customers as needed.
Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information.
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking
skills.
Special people skills to deal with customers and an outbound
personality.
Able to prospect non-member accounts.
Very strong communication skills in writing and verbal.
Very good team player and should work well under pressure.
Proficient in Mac based programs and basic Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and electronic mail.
Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing related field from an
accredited institution.
Receptionist
Answering telephone calls, determining nature of incoming call
and directing caller to appropriate department or individual.
Receiving inquiries and releasing information in compliance with
the organization’s policies and procedures.
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mails as directed and
operating computer, office machines, copier, etc., as directed.
Assisting department directors in regular administrative matters
such as, typing correspondence, reports etc.
Demonstrating compassion and respect in every interaction.
Attending in-service training sessions and staff meetings, as
directed.
Knowledgeable of appropriate procedures to handle confidential
information.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Should be polite, friendly, tactful and well presented.
Interest in helping and working with customers.
Should be calm and patient.
High school diploma or general education from an accredited
institution. Interest in customer service activities.
